Extra copies can be obtained by:

Interstate and out of area White Pages® and Yellow™ directories and the accommodation guide Go Stay® are available by completing a print delivery request or by calling Customer Care Freecall™1800 810 211 during 8.00am to 6.00pm EST between Monday and Friday. Freight and handling charges apply for out of area directories. Get more details about the delivery charges for out of area directories below. Any application charges will appear on your telephone account.

 Notice of Additional Charge for out of area directories

Out of area directories are directories for areas outside the area in which the customer is located. For example, if a Melbourne resident or Melbourne based business requests a copy of the Sydney Yellow™ Directory or the Ballarat White Pages® regional directory then the customer is requesting an out of area directory.

Sensis charges for out of area directories to assist in recovering the costs associated with publishing each product. The charge is a flat rate per directory ordered with one rate for Metropolitan   Regional directories ($9.90) and a separate rate for Yellow™ Local and Sydney and Melbourne Yellow™ In the Car directories ($4.95). These charges will be in addition to the existing freight ($9.32 per order) and handling ($5.72 per directory) charges applicable to out of area orders. The Go Stay Accommodation Guide is available for $9.32 (freight only charge)
